It was clean

Too dark. Didn’t feel safe. Parking lot needed lit up as well and the sign.

Very nice and clean.

The hotel just was transferred to the new owners who are scrambling to renovate and restore the property to Hilton standards. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable (especially the mattress!) and clean. I would call the hotel before booking to check the progress of the renovation.

Asked for a wake up call… Did not get it!!! Late for work!! No microwave in King room! Called for an open pool before booking & that was false information! The man said 3rd parties always lie just to make the sale

It sounds like the hotel is going to undergo a renovation. That will help.

This Hampton Inn is showing some wear and tear with some degradation to the ceiling and drapes, and there was a musty odor in the halls. Bed was good and room was quiet despite being near the elevator. but was not up to the level of other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at.

This is the worst hotel experience I've had in several years. For starters, I arrived after dark and the sign on the street was out so the entrance from the street was not visible and I drove by twice before I could find it. The lobby doesn't look too bad but before he would give us our room the fellow at check-in told us he needed to check our room to make sure it was ready even though we arrived at 9PM. Odd, but evidently the person who checked in before us found that her room had not been cleaned. Our room was nominally clean although there was a grease stain on the tile in the entry area. There was no wi-fi, however, the entire time we were there and then although breakfast was supposed to be available after 6 AM, when we went down at 7 AM nothing had been prepared and the breakfast room was completely dark and the coffee had not been made. No one initially was at the front desk when we then tried to leave but using the phone app we got a message saying that "Digital checkout is currently unavailable", so we had to wait several minutes until someone arrived. She stated that she had just arrived and seemed suprised that there was no breakfast of coffee prepared. The bed was actually pretty comfortable but aside from that there was really nothing good about this hotel stay. I agree with other recent reviews, that any old, good reviews should be disregarded.
