Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor

I have stayed here a few times. It is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet is excellent!

Should have more handicapped parking - the smokers right outside the doors was an issue - not employees-guests! Guest laundry a nice touch and the breakfast attendants - all pleasant and helpful - Stay if nothing else is available within 15 - 20 miles - otherwise - the Dollar store Hampton is not a bargain!!

I was told they would change my room to a previous one that I had in the past and was never informed that they changed their mind. I paid almost $600 for 2 nights and I got the worst room ever. Right next to the pool. Terrible chlorine smell. And a lamppost outside the bedroom window. It was like having a night light on all night. Since I now go to Rochester 8 to 10 times a year I thought I found a home away from home. I’m thinking of canceling my 3 reservations and looking for another place. And I couldn’t change room because there were no other rooms. Very unhappy. Get everything in writing.

The pool and the hot tub was awesome! The breakfast was good as well as the service overall.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the pillows!! We’d stay again.

Prime location, the restaurant that is across from the hotel is awesome if you like sushi. comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Large bathroom with a toilet that’s not too high and price is unmatched

We stopped here twice, en route to as well as from our recent autumn trip East. We liked the hotel and staff so much from our first stay that we booked a room for an overnight stop over on our trip back home. Staff were very helpful and friendly for both times we stayed here. Very nice accommodations in a clean well appointed room.
