"Disneyland in the mountains."

6.0

It is what is expected of a prepackaged mountain experience in a gated village. This is not to diminish the cleanliness or smooth operation, but to state that there will be no positive surprises or unknown places or events/restaurants.

"Park Hyatt CO"

6.0

Only problem was the AC which did not work until we left the hotel. We were for a week time. We went with entire family on vacation and it was our very first visit to CO as we never been before to such a beautiful Beavercreek CO. Breakfast should be less costly inside the hotel so that people do not hunt for food outside as we went nearly 20 miles oneway away for breakfast from the hotel.

"Quality Time in Beaver Creek"

10.0

Incredible, from start to finish. Upgraded to a comfy room overlooking the Plaza. The front desk staff and Hunter the valet were excellent at their jobs. Short walk to several high end restaurants and a great restaurant in the hotel. Nice little spa as well. I loved my stay overall and I would certainly return.

"Horrible resort experience"

2.0

Everything seemed perfect the night we arrived for the wedding event. Next day we needed some coffee and noticed that the phone wasn't working. On notifying the management, we were told that maintenance will arrive soon. They never did. Instead around afternoon time, a hammering noise started which seemed to be coming right at the top of our heads. We came to know that there is construction going on on the floor top of us. We went to talk to the management and the manager came up and agreed that the noise was intolerable. He asked us to hold our patience and he will move us to a different part of the building. We didn't know what to do as we were going to the wedding event at 3pm and I just wanted to catch half an hour of sleep before getting ready. The hammering noise kept on getting louder and inside the room we couldn't even hear each other if we try to talk to each other. It was insane. This time my husband went down to complain yet again and was offered $100 credit on our stay. I appreciate it but honestly I will not pay a dime to live in such a place. Instead of getting some rest, I ended up with a bad headache that ruined my whole evening event. I would never stay at this resort again! The management sucks. Why did they have guests stay at the same place where they were going to have scheduled maintenance? This is completely unacceptable!

"One of a kind!!"

10.0

This Park Hyatt is one of a kind. My boyfriend and I had such a great experience from check in to check out for his birthday. The staffing is kind and not overbearing. Evan, the bellman, was extremely helpful with bags and valet services our whole stay. We were upgraded to a beautiful mountain view. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfy. TVs offer casting. The Nespresso in the room was a nice touch. As well as I really enjoyed how many lighting options the room offered. The property offered multiple amenities, and specifically for the ski and summer seasons this would be the ideal location. Since we came in between seasons, I admit nothing in the BC Village itself was open to enjoy on a Sunday but I was prepared for that. We enjoyed 1 of the 5 hot tubs, as well as there are a handful of fire pits through out. I loved the atmosphere and ambience of this property. & Honestly our stay was nearly silent. We conveniently explored the entire village without seeing anyone. I only saw about 5 other guests in the hotel itself, so I can't speak for how quiet the rooms are during peak seasons. Will absolutely look forward to coming back to enjoy peak seasons!

"Lots of screaming kids! Outdated rooms"

6.0

My daughters & I went for a Spring Break ski trip- end of March which is still high season. There was good & bad on our trip. I was told there were no upgrades available and late checkout was an extra $25 an hour if available on that day. Upon check in they said the room was ready but needed to be inspected that's all & should be a short wait- 2 hours later as we waited in the lobby, it was finally inspected & ready!! No one at check in told us the activities going on in the hotel, told us about the breakfast buffet, the free shuttle bus app or cared to explain anything to us going on around Beavercreek village (they have fireworks every Thursday night that we missed)! The location is great for the beginners area. We saw many families with small children on the slopes in front of the patio and running throughout the hotel. We heard screaming children every where we went- day and night! It seemed that parents sat & drank alcohol in the lobby/bar area while all the small kids ran wild! To get to more advanced terrain you have to take the Centennial lift higher up, which is a longer walk away in the snow. The Gondola is steps away but all crowded beginner terrain which is great if that's where you plan to be. Our double bed room was clean but outdated & overlooked the front entrance. You could hear everything & everyone from outside and in the hall and even the alarm clock in the room next door! The closets were spacious and had lots of room for ski gear which was nice. They also had multiple hooks for hanging wet ski coats, etc. Beds were comfy. The car valet staff was the best part of the stay- very helpful and friendly. The ski valet was ok but they had no clue on how to store boots or skis properly (many international young staff) Our personal skis got scuffed & dinged on their racks. We would've just preferred storing them in a ski locker. Be prepared to tip every where you go here! I went through cash like crazy! Prices for food/ snacks are very high even for a resort area and are not that good. Cocktails are $20-$25 plus tip! The Jacuzzis outside were nice. I did visit the Exhale spa (separate business) and had a nice facial. The common areas are small but nice and access to the village was just out the back door. The location is the best part of this hotel- that's what you're paying for & don't expect any more even if you are WOH member. If you are an avid skier, stay somewhere else. If you have young, beginner kids & don't mind other screaming children then this place is for you. My teens and I won't be back. Not worth $1400 a night in March.
