The location wasn’t bad

The valet was unreliable. They told me they were full after already paying for it. The room was NOT worth the price!! Over 500 for what? The room was loud and not that great.

"Rude front desk and dirty room"

Front desk staff was extremely rude when we questioned why our room still wasn't ready at 5:30 PM after we checked-in earlier and were told the room would be ready by 3 PM. Not only did we have to wait for our room to be ready, but it was not clean when we were finally allowed in. It did not look like the sheets had been cleaned at all. I will not be returned to this hotel and would advise others to stay elsewhere.
