AC not working,, bathroom smell very bad ,, shower very old ,, windows not clean

Hotel stay was great with super nice staff. Only downside is the immediate area around the hotel not much to walk around but i guess that’s a amman issue nothing to do with the hotel

The service was exceptional, especially the front desk manager Mamduh who went extra mile to make our stay pleasant. All other services were excellent too.

To start with, no one helped me to carry my bags, instead, the security simply remind me ( carry your bags ). Check in was very slow. The receptionest was not professional in the communication. You can expect more from a 5 stars hotel staff . Very nice breakfast with a lot of tasty food to select from. The lady at eggs station was kind and professional. GYM, SPA and swimming pool was amazing. Room was good. Pillows are not comfortable. Overall. Room. Breakfast and spa were good. But check in was much below than average . In conclusion. For such price you pay. You can get much better options with better service
