it is plain there is nothing to do there breakfast was expensive for what they offer and they are not friendly

Enjoyed my second stay at this hotel and dining at The Lombard Italian restaurant. One repeat issue is that the hot pot did not work again for in room coffee and tea! There wasn’t even an outlet that fit for the hotpot. Second time in a row and I like to enjoy this amenity in my room.

It’s a lovely hotel situated close enough to walk to the city’s main attractions, however the outside pool was closed which was a bit disappointing.

Need to have A/C clean, with A/C running i a got soar throath. Turned off a/c and problem went away.

Confortable and clean room and bathroom. Room service cleaning every day.

The toilet seat lid flops down on you while you are sitting there. We duct taped it to the wall.

Immaculate hotel. Well-equipped and well-maintained gym with a sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor pools, spa service and nice little amenities. Great city view. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. We absolutely enjoyed staying at the Grand Hyatt and would stay here again if we return to Amman.

Staying in the hotel is very noisy due to long hours of maintenance work in the rooms which is protecting my room

The location of the hotel is great. The facilities are good and the staff are polite. My stay was comfortable and safe.
