Great hotel with attentive staff and excellent spa. Only problem was Hotel did not collect me from the airport when I arrived in Amman and I had to purchase an Uber.

This property had a great location. Staff was excellent and exceeded expectations. Special shout out to Clemence Armbruster for her wonderful service. She was super helpful with numerous requests we had during our stay.

Ok location not downtown but the hotel is nice & clean Club staff (Abdullah) on the 9th floor very helpful.

I like the stay and services Sometimes I did not like the way of the security check for each time we come in !! One of the security women touched my hole body and deeply while I was carrying my sleeping baby!!! And she was so harsh !!!

This was our first time staying at the Hyatt Amman. The quality of the rooms and the facility was one of the best we have seen here in Amman, very well done and maintained. I recommend getting the breakfast with your stay- many more options than comparable hotels and it was all very fresh. At the time of our stay they served breakfast until noon, which is great! The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the bathroom had a tub and shower. The pool was not as big as other hotels but the view was amazing and it was heated. Also, cold drinking water is provided at the pool so you don’t have to keep on buying more water. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The service was great. Emad at the front desk was so helpful! Highly recommended.
