Rising Star Casino Resort

Lodge is not the same building. Have to check in at a whole different building. Room was dirty.

The road trip to the resort was not as elegant as I was expecting. There must have been a better route that what was provided by my GPS. However after arriving I was warmly welcomed and was provided my room information and direction to where my room was. The room was very nice and clean. If I'm in the area again I would love to stay at the resort again, but getting there was very daunting.

The room at the Lodge was nearly new. The biggest failure is the lack of restaurants. Only the buffet was open and it was over priced and awful. Few selections and dirty. The casino smelled of smoke and was dirty and unkept. No nearby restaurants if checking in late in the evening there is no meal service. This place looks like it won't be around much longer.

Beds were hard. Nothing but the casion in the area. Long walk to everything and price was just ok.

Had to check in at the casino then drive across the lot to the Lodge. Wouldn’t have been too bad if the check in line wasn’t so long with only 2 people working the desk.

Just stayed one night at The Lodge, which didn't have any staff for check-in, so had to go to the main hotel. No convenience store area for drinks or snacks. Room was clean and the staff that I encountered were fine.

Wasnt real pleased with rge slot machines. Needs updated

The was no staff in the Lodge. No one answered phone at front desk lobby. Limited staff at restaurants.

It was good but no one at Lodge desk, had to do it over the phones or travel to main hotel to sign in & there was only one clerk on with quite a waiting line.

Stay was overall very good. Centrally located to many attractions in the area.
