I used to enjoy staying at the Lodge.I stayed this past weekend and was so disappointed in the room itself was dirty with cobwebs everywhere the toilet someone used and left the paper in it and did not flush,shower door kept coming off the track Our microwave had food in it from last people or housekeeping that didn’t bother to remove so we got to smell spoiled food the room is smoke free but as soon as you opened the door good grief the smoke smell knocked you down.The cleaning staff are very lazy they half A$$ clean didn’t vacuum just was not happy at all and worse where I booked from did nothing about the situation guess you pay good money for low class service.

Just ok. They have changed everything. No breakfast buffet on weekends. No place to just to sit and have a drink.

Great place to come and play and relax and have all kinds of food to choose from. Relaxing and playful.

Nice room but if you are going to gamble save your money! This place is where slot machines go to die and your money pays for their funerals!

Hotel room was clean and personnel were all pleasant and helpful. This facility is in need of upgrading. Carpet in lobby is stained and dirty. Also, bring your own pillow. All in our room were worn, uneven and lumpy.

First of all, documentation stated there was no front desk and to call for check in. Called and asked procedure and whoever it was at the casino hung up. There is no active front desk at the lodge, but you have to check in across the street at the Main hotel to get your keys etc.

Very slow check in/ 2 persons checking in 50 people at check in time

A bug ran across the foot of our bed and a mouse ran across the dining room floor. No frige in lodge rooms. Mattresses were worn severely. Serving line in the buffet are need cleaning.

The room was very nice. We stayed in the LODGE, and thought it might be run down, but it wasn't. We didn't have any desk clerks at the lodge, so had to check in at the main hotel. We did NOT receive room service one day and called the desk - no apology - if we wanted fresh towels WE had to go to the front desk at the main hotel, but they had a shuttle service from the lodge to the main hotel!! Overall the hotel was very nice!

Inexpensive alternative with huge rooms. Better parking setup than Bel Terra. Less expensive.. especially during Bel Terra events. Much larger rooms. Property/Decor not as upscale but newer.
