The fact that check-in was in a different building. And there was no place on the property to get something to eat after 9:00 pm.

Nice quiet area. The carpets were not as cleaned as they should be. Feet would get dirty after a shower from walking on the carpet.

"Be prepared for the check-in process"

Definitely need to improve the check-in process. The suite that we booked was in a different building about 1/4 mile away from the main building. It had a front desk, but in the 5 days that I was there, it was never manned. In order to check-in, you have to go to the main building, check-in, then go to your building. They do have a shuttle that runs 24 hours that will come to the lodge and take you to the main building. The restaurants in the resort are a bit over-priced, but are not too bad.

"Best hotel stay!!!"

We had an amazing time! The Friday night seafood buffet was absolutely delicious and very affordable. Neither one of us are much into gambling, but we did tour the casino. It was absolutely beautiful! We went to the Nascar Race Saturday night at Kentucky Speedway, and while searching the internet for a hotel, found this little gem to be the cheapest in price. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back near there. We stayed in the Lodge, and our room was immaculate! The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on in a hotel! We've told our friends and family all about it, so you can probably expect a few of them to visit as well!

I did not like that I was not in the same hotel with the casino. This needs to be made clear in your description. My husband had no idea that (the lodge) was not in the same building, not did he know that accessible meant handicap accessible. They have no place to eat after 8 except the casino and only hotdogs or cold sandwich. It was a very disappointing stay. Maybe it's better on the weekends?
