My wife and I recently enjoyed a quick staycation at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were warm, welcoming, and efficient, making check-in a seamless experience. The resort itself was immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds that immediately create a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to unwind and recharge. One of the best decisions we made was adding Club InterContinental Lounge access to our reservation. The lounge offered a fantastic selection of light meals, snacks, refreshments, and beverages throughout our stay. It added a real sense of luxury and was absolutely worth the upgrade. A special mention must go to Roxy, who looked after us in the Club Lounge. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. What impressed us most was how efficiently she managed the lounge, even while covering breakfast service and working on her own. Despite being busy, she ensured every guest felt looked after and provided exceptional service with a genuine smile. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit. I would highly recommend the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the Gold Coast.

Love the whole place and the experience. Love how there was a game room! And the spa and heated pool was phoenomenal. Staff were also helpful and accomodating. The bed was definitely top tier comfy!

We were impressed with the genuinely happy staff at both the hotel and the golf club. The breakfasts are amazing with everything we needed to fuel us up for the day ahead. Special shout out to Roxy in the club lounge, such a lovely, genuine, personable, welcoming lady who made the best Pink Lilly Spritz. Can’t wait to return and hopefully have a better round on the rather challenging Pines course!

We had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Roxy in the Club, nothing was too much trouble for her and having access to the club has considerably enhanced an already wonderful stay. Five stars Roxy

This was an exceptional hotel. I apologize, in advance, for not having everyone’s name. When I drove to the entrance, I was immediately greeted by the bell staff who took my luggage and directed me to self parking. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly, polite and efficient. My luggage was in my room when I entered. I have to give a special mention to Bombay (Club Lounge and Veranda Bar) and Roxy (Club Lounge). Both were so friendly and accommodating. I also had the pleasure of chatting with Cedric, in the Veranda Bar, who invited my to taste 3 of Bombay’s personally created cocktails (all superb and I hope to see them on the menu for my next visit). Bombay also made a PERFECT Old Fashioned. I would also like to compliment the room service team. I ordered Barramundi and Chips one evening and, although my building was not near the kitchen, the food arrived crisp (no soggy chips) and hot as if it had just been plated! The pool bar staff were also very friendly and efficient; great Margarita and Aperol Spritz. The housekeeping staff was also excellent. I left my room, one afternoon, and the housekeeper greeted me and said he would clean my room next. What a superb stay. I will definitely return!
