"Weekend Birthday Staycation"

Spent a birthday staycation at the resort and had a wonderful time. Staff were all very attentive and obliging which one should expect from a 5 star resort. The whole experience exceeded our expectation from reception to the room, through to the bar and restaurants, to the pool/lagoon and the grounds were 10/10. A shout out to the F&B team at the Verandah Bar (lunch), the Fireplace (dinner) and the Cove cafe (Buffet breakfast). A few staff members who went above and beyond - Mehir (reception), Cedric (F&B), Veronica (Veradah Bar), Bombay(Fireplace), Biwen (The Cove) and the friendly omelette chef Quinton. Also, we were very impressed with the Açai machine (my all time favourite) and the DIY fruit juicer at the buffet breakfast. Thank you all for making my birthday staycation a memorable one. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful resort hotel, very relaxing and pleasant. Roxy at the Executive Lounge provided excellent service, making guests feel right at home. It was a wonderful experience.

"We came for a special weekend and it wasn’t special"

Facilities? Upgrades and staff

The location of our room was very poor on the ground floor very dirty area dark and difficult to get to. We are IHG members and were not treated as such bed was so uncomfortable with hard mattress and pillows Hotel was not full and we feel a better room could have been found for us

"Hubby and I enjoyed our 3 night stay."

Great resort atmosphere, peaceful. Staff were always super helpful and very polite and courteous.

No real negatives. To me I need the lift at my stays but I was catered to by the staff helping to buggy me around the resort. The lift was out of order due to renovations.

Everything was great, the Kangaroos every morning was nice, buffet breakfast was fantastic, staff where fantastic.
