Regency Art Hotel Macau

Hotel is old even after its renovation. But their pool is amazing, huge and not crowd, price is just mop540 including afternoon tea set at pool side. Staff service is normal, not too much passion but nothing to complaint with this room rate.

Great hotel clean room, and Chinese restaurant Was superb! Great dining and lunch experience, staff from security to front desk to restaurants are very friendly and very prompt in responding my request. A five star experience for a short stay

Easy to take buses going to major areas.... a little bit pricy maybe because its Chinese New Year but definitely, i will book here if theres another chance.

Most hotels in Taipa and Cotai strip are expensive. Good thing I found Regency Art Hotel. It is somehow affordable compared to others and the location is good. It is just a few minutes away from Macau International Airport. The hotel is also near the bus stop, convenient stores and restaurants. On the outside, it may look ordinary but the inside is pretty impressive especially the rooms. All of their staff are accommodating. We asked for a charger adaptor and they responded asap. They offer free shuttle service to Hotel Sindra, Hotel Lisboa and to Macau Ferry Terminal. They gave us a flyer containing information about commuting which is really helpful especially for us first timers. I definitely recommend them and will definitely go back here if I'll be on vacation again in Macau.

It was ok, but things are very old.

I always ask for one extra blanket which ever hotel I stay because I need to be warm and most of the time my roommate would want a cooler room with Air Con turn up. When the housekeeping male staff came to deliver the blanket, he said if all guests request extra blanket, how do we have enough blankets to serve everyone? OMG, this is the very first time that we got blamed by the hotel staff for asking for extra blanket. A five star hotel (which stated on their official website) that blame guests for requesting extra blanket. As for front office upon check-in and check-out, no smile, no welcome, nothing. They are not that attentive, sometimes they did not notice immediately or acknowledge guest in queue when they are not occupied. I doubt it's a five star hotel. I won't stay in this hotel again.

A good location for a panoramic view of the Macau tower and Macau city at a distance. The interior is classic like the 80s renovation. Hard to define it as a modern hotel. It has a mini casino at the lobby.

Pleasant surprise. Big clean rooms. Fairly good location. The breakfast buffet was not worth it though.

Hotel out-dated for room ^ shuttle bus & poor breakfast but value for money for a FIREWORK FESTIVSL stay.

Spacious room. WiFi available. Casino downstairs. Low betting available. Less crowded. Normal continental breakfast and no Indian food Dish. Location is very good for walking around. Shops available around. Other big casinos are 30mins drive from here.
