"Could have been better"

I've been in the hotel twice, first experience was for my mommy's birthday celebration and it was an excellent stay since mom is very happy. So, we are looking forward for second experience, I want to commend the reservation staff Ms. Isabella Chen for being polite even just on phone and email. But to my disappointment when we check-in by the staff name Jimmy Tian- no smile at all and it seems like he's having a bad day or what, so negative. Front office is the first impression in the hotel. So it makes me feel embarrassed in front of my friends because I really said it was good. Thinking that would be the last.

"Dated, noisy and miserable"

I had to check-out early from one of the most disappointing hotel stays in recent memory. The hotel had an overpowering perfume scent to mask the mold and cigarette smoke smells baked into this property, which appears to cater to cheap package tour groups. While the staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the guestrooms were very dated, the air conditioner pumped out frigid air with no way to adjust the temperature, the indoor air quality was very poor as the windows were not operable, and the shower water fluctuated from hot to cold. I was rudely awakened at 3am when a tour group leader was pounding on guestroom doors and shouting in the corridor to roust his group out of bed -- there was absolutely no acoustic separation between the guestrooms and corridor, not to mention the traffic noise from inside, so the entire guestroom floor was awake the entire night. It should also be mentioned, there are no automatic sprinklers provided in the guestrooms (smoke detectors only) and the guestroom door latch is very difficult to open from the inside, which is also a major concern in an emergency. The room rate included breakfast vouchers which I was afraid to even use. My advice: Give this property a miss until they do a major renovation and improve the product ... you won't sleep a wink.

The hotel is nice, rooms are big and comfortable but the bathroom looks old and some maintenance works are missing (shower not working properly because low water pressure and old mechanisms)

"Good hotel to stay if not too much budget"

The hotel is good and at the convenient location. The room I stayed was larger than expected and had a good view. However the washroom and the furniture were old.

"Hotel theme is zebra!"

Overall is very good for standard double room. I like this room surroundings. Even you paid for this hotel room via online booking, you still have to make deposit of MOP 1,000. Food at cafe is not bad. I tried grilled sardines as recommended by my friend. It is Portuguese style snack. Have more fun exploring around Taipa and Cotai.

"Good location"

Great location for the price. Hotel staff was super friendly and the best part about staying here. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western good as well as Chinese good.
