Location is good

Easy to find and accessible to all attractions. Easy check in, host gave instructions via telephone of entry code and code for key safe access. Very quite no noise even though not far from main road. Room very clean and freshly made beds with clean towels

Bed was a bit hard but that was only criticism, wouldn't put me off staying again.

loved the decor in the room lots of room for kids staff jackie was really friendly😀... definitly will book again kids loved it!

Even the budget room (as everything was super booked due to bank holiday!) was very spacious and it was cute!! The bed was a good size and it was so comfy, I was honestly surprised everything was so high quality for the price. There was a rail for clothes, and big drawers on the left of the bed and a lil storage drawer on the right so both of us had some form of storage that was easy to access. The shower had an attachment and wasn't the kind where it just sprays from the ceiling and you're forced to have wet hair (very annoying to those of us who have very long hair and don't want to wash it every time you shower) so considering it was super hot outside I was able to have a lil shower twice a day to keep cool and feel clean :) There was even an iron! Also the kettle was nice, it was transparent + kinda big which I haven't seen in a hotel room before, usually you get those mini off-white ones. All the little things we were surprised by but in a good way, especially for the most budget room The owner // manager who we contacted to get into the building was very nice and understanding that we were each a bit sun frazzled, and needed to grasp how to get our room keys. If you're thinking of visiting Blackpool it is nice to stay here as it is a good location, and it's very close to the Arcade Club which is what we were staying for, and the Polish Supermarket around the corner has some nice things for breakfast, we had croissants :) we would have stayed for longer but we had other things planned the days before and after, we will stay here again in future! * do bear in mind if you have a car, to make sure you get a space early on, as the parking is only on the left side of the street and it is one way. The tram is nearby so you won't really need to drive much once you've parked

Loved the fact you had a small fridge and a microwave in room. We managed to sort breakfast without a rush

Great price, clean, comfy bed.
