"Would never return"

The location, very central.

It was dated and unfortunately unclean. I initially spoke with someone on the phone about checking in who was very pleasant and told us to come back in an hour because we were early! The woman who checked us in was rude and not welcoming at all. In addition to that she was drinking in the lounge area at night when we decided to leave! Our room was dated but also dirty and whilst being 7 months pregnant with an 11 year old we decided it was not safe to stay and checked into another hotel.

"Extremely Disappointing!!!"

The location was good due to being near to amenities along Blackpool Promenade. Secure front door system.

We had a knock at our door (early) after our first night, saying we should be checking out as the room had been booked for someone else! After showing the staff member my booking for 2 nights, I was informed that the person I was in correspondence with had nothing to do with "The Winning Post Hotel!" And, everything should be done through booking.com??? This is what I did previously, yet whilst talking with various members of the hotel staff, no one would take responsibility for the double booking & were very rude towards us!!!! No apologises given!!! The furniture was dated & extremely wobbly. Their were hairs throughout the drawers & the string cord for the mirror light was covered in Grease!!! Not the most welcoming of places!!!

"Still winning ***"

The location of hotel close to where I was going, very quiet nice clean hotel aswell no noise from other guests and very friendly woman welcomed us when arriving.

Beds weren't too comfy you could feel the springs and floorboards in room very creaky apart from that had a great stay.

"Luckily managed to book somewhere else or our break would have been ruined."

Walked in looked at two rooms and walked out. Family of 3. First room bed sheets still had marks on, was told it had just been cleaned. Second room had blood on the bedside table and some other residue. Absolutely appalling and unsafe/unhygienic for us to stay in never mind our 4 year old to stay in.
