Lovely room comfy beds clean with everything you need. Had a sunday roast which was delicious. Throughly recommended.

The location was wonderful. It was great to have the pub right there after a long day.

Damp on wall, decor poor. Lack of cutlery and only one plate. I had to go to pub kitchen and ask for a plate for breakfast. Tv was not working properly and no wi fi

Location is great. its out of the way and has a good sized car park, great beer and good food. THe key is available via an e mail key code so do make sure you reply to tghier e mails most e mails you get from chains are full of sales rubbish so i ignored the one from the ship! My fault. I still got in and the chalets have a cooker, fridge etc so you can cook breakfast. Tesco is 15 mins away

The turning in to the pub is about 120 degrees so i nearly finished up in a neighbors drive !

There was no breakfast provided, but we had everything we needed in the room. The location was beautiful The staff were very sweet.

The Wi-Fi was a no go, very weak The cooker hood was very dirty…greasy and dusty

The fridge was good and cooking facilities, so you could prepare breakfast, if you wanted it, as the pub was closed in the mornings. Nice location and the food in the pub was good. Beds were comfortable. It was clean.

The Internet although free, often didn't work. It kept disconnecting. The Severn room was windowless, but there was a fan and good lighting. The door was very hardto open and once closed it took us 40 minutes to open it again, as we had to discover the exact position to put the handle in, so it would open. In the end a sort of up and down motion worked! There were no instructions on how to open it. Once we got the hang of it we managed it fine. The Telephone number on the Booking.com printout didn't work. We tried to call it for help when we thought we were trapped, but then I managed to open it with the strange up and down motion. There was no shower curtain so water went everywhere, tv controller, or much cutlery if you wanted to cook breakfast.
