Very clean, extremely soft bed, great customer service. Fresh hot breakfast with a good variety.

Easy location, good parking

Cockroaches in the stairs, bed bugs in the room, no batteries in fire alarm, cigarette burns on the comforter made for a disastrous stay. The person at the front desk didn’t seem to care about any of the above. Plus no stairs to second floor which made getting luggage up a challenge. I would not recommend and will never stay again.

I liked everything about my stay the ladies behind desk was friendly and very helpful my key card stopped working and the didn't waste anytime getting it to work again. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable I slept better than I had in a while will definitely let people know it's a great place to stay.

The property was clean and the rooms were furnished nicely.

Animals were evidently allowed and there was a dog that barked excessively around 1-2 am. The point of a hotel is sleep and that ruined that for my family for that night.

Traveling and this was just an overnight stay. Nice facilities but breakfast was not much. Overall satisfied.

Standard of cleanliness and functionality was not met. Staff was pleasant and tried to help but could not get the help needed to fix it before bedtime. They were rated on the Choice Hotel site as 3.9 stars out of 5 which influenced our decision to stay here. I would rate it as a 2.5 to 3.0 stars based on our stay in March 2026. I don't believe the rooms and amenities are well maintained.
