Il y a encore des fumeurs qui voyagent, et la je me suis sentie pestiférée à sortir assise sur le trottoir, un banc à côté du cendrier ne serait quand même pas un investissement abusif compte tenu du standing du complexe !!!

The food was excellent.

The room had a funny smell. It was an upgraded suite. The bathroom ceiling had a leak- they fixed it straight away. No beach as it was COVERED in seaweed.

Muy bien en general, pero pudiera mejorar.

La verdad el hotel muy bien, su personal mis respetos, solo que de los 4 restorantes en un principio no te dicen que no funcional todos los días . Otra cosa , tienes que reservar para la cena, el cuál pues nosotros no alcanzamos a reservar siendo las 4 pm. considero yo, que solo tienen un número designado para no dar más lugares y ahorrar o falta de personal, no lo sé. Para nuestra mala suerte el elevador se descompuso 😑. Y el mal olor del sargazo putrefacto en todo el hotel era desagradable. Es una pena por qué es un muy buen hotel con instalaciones cómodas. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, (hay que pagar parkimetro)

Super clean and great staff. Special thanks to Juan in the reception and Carlos and David in charge of the entertainment programme.

The pillows were very tall and firm, which led to some uncomfort.
