I stayed here for a week in late April and it was amazing! I’ve gone to many resorts in Mexico and this was takes the cake! The food was amazing and not just “good for resort food,” genuinely delicious. The staff here were extremely friendly! I always had a drink in my hand and well attended to. Usually at resorts, it can get a tad bit boring especially at an adult one but, the entertainment staff were fantastic especially, Carlos! He was the one that checked us in for reception and was accommodating for us. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and throughly. He remembered our names throughout the entire stay which was very sweet. Where he shined was the entertainment, very fun and honestly made the trip so much better because of how friendly/genuine and welcoming he was. Really made us feel like home. He recommended us a couple places down the street as well and they were great recommendations. If you decide to go, he’ll definitely enhance your stay there! Will definitely come back and give him a visit!!

Le personnel est adorable tous super gentil et la nourriture au buffet ou dans les différents stand pizzas ou sushis est délicieuse.

Malheureusement les chambres sont trop sombre et petite mais alors le bruit près des chambres est infernales nous avons eux un bruits de générateurs toutes les nuits il était impossible de dormir !

Lo que más destaco es el trato de todos los empleados, la gente de la comida es excelente, no puedo creer lo bien que nos trataron. Cabe destacar la cantidad de alimentos sin gluten para el menú. Gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía nuestra casa por diez noches. Agradezco de corazón a cada uno, jamás me sentí tan en casa como allí.

Poquito de olor a sargazo pero nada que no deje disfrutar, incluso se ocupaban todos los días de sacarlo y entendemos que es algo ajeno a la propiedad.
