"Best resort ever!!"

Everything was amazing. The resort was a couple minutes away from the strip. Everything was clean and beautiful. Staff were amazing. The food was incredible and margaritas were strong. Everything was perfect.

We went during seaweed season, so the smell was a little off putting. But that was not something that ruined our experience at all. Everything was still great

Terrible staff, at bars, at front desk, don't serve mimosas or drinks in the morning at an all inclusive Adult Only resort...Don't serve drinks after 11pm! HELLO, Why did we pay Extra for an Adult Only???? DON'T EVER COME HERE! THEY SUCK!! CAN'T WAIT TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL...LIKE THE HYATT

"Bestes Essen ohne baden im Meer"

Bestes Buffet ever! Noch nie so gut in einem All-Inclusive-Hotel gegessen. Lage war sehr gut…ruhig jedoch zentral.

Der Strand konnte nicht betreten werden, da alles voll Algen war. Es stinkte stark ist natur jedoch trotzdem nicht angenehm. Die Algen werden von hunderten von Arbeitern mittels Schaufeln abtrabsportiert.

"Un lugar maravilloso"

Es un hotel con muy buen servicio , la variedad de comidas y la cocina un 10. Los 3 restaurantes que se puede ir por las noches fueron muy fáciles de reservar y las veces que quisiéramos. Es ideal para descansar y pasarla bien.

Si te gusta la playa no es para recomendar.

La atención del personal fue muy buena sobre todo Lizeth en el área de concierge muy amable y atenta, quiero felicitar también a Orlando en el área de la alberca nos brindo un maravilloso servicio y a Saúl y Rafael del restaurante el zarape, siempre amables y atentos, muchas gracias por todo, tuve un trago amargo al llegar al hotel ya que antes de hacer la reservación había recibído una información por parte de recepción y a la mera hora cambiaron las reglas por un cambio de administración de último momento, pero gracias al maravilloso servicio de las personas antes mencionas tuve una estancia bastante agradable.

Que cambien las políticas de la empresa de último momento y no respeten la información brindada al momento de la reservación.
