El checkin, no me prestaron atención en una fecha tan especial para mi

Das Personal war wirklich top. Super herzlich, unterhaltsam und zuvorkommend. Das italienische Restaurant war 1A, und generell viel verschiedenes Essen. Die Lage ist super, 2min Gehweg von der berühmten touristischen 5h Avenue, wo alles zu finden und zu erleben ist.

Die Bar schließt um 23uhr, was für Touristen und so ein Hotel in dieser Lage sehr früh ist. Abendprogramm endet auch um 22uhr also ist abends im Hotel auch nichts mehr zutun ab 22-23 und eher tote Hose.

Very clean. A lot to do and staff was friendly.

The food is a hit or miss the only thing i truly enjoyed was the Italian restaurant was the best thing hands down.

Hotel jest bardzo klimatyczny, mielismy, pokoj na tarasie 3 i drzwi wychodzily na maly basen, bardzo uroczo z lezakami i malym barem…choc teraz byl nieczynny, pewnie ze wzgledu na mniejsze oblozenienie…plywalam w srodku nocy przed dnem i prosto z basenu do pokoju…czysto, obsluga bardzo mila, dobre jedzenie …blisko morza i blisko 5th Avenue

Niestety winda byla zepsuta, ale walizki zostaly nam wniesione i wyniesione

La ubicación

No funcionaba el ascensor. La pileta tenía verdin en sus paredes y en las rejillas plásticas de sus bordes. Los baños del sector de la pileta no estaban limpios. Había estado allí hace 2 años y noté que la calidad de sus comidas y cafetería disminuyó mucho. Ojalá pronto puedan brindar la calidad de servicio que ofrecieron anteriormente.

Das gesamte Service Team und das Entertainement Team ( Jaime, Fernando, Hermelindo, Glendi, Carlos und Victor) waren immer sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, offen, herzlich und liebevoll. Es war auch sehr gut, dass es immer freie Plätze hatte am Pool.

Das der Lift mehrere Tage, wenn nicht Wochen nicht funktioniert hat und dass es genau in dieser Zeit sehr schlecht war mit dem Seegras!

I can’t find something

Hotel is nice for the price. Staff at the hotel is amazing. Fernando and Angel were my two favorite people at the hotel. The Italian and sushi restaurants were amazing.

Elevators didn’t work. Mexican restaurant is like eating out of a dumpster. No mimosas at breakfast. Asked to change a dinner reservation from 6:30 to 7. Was told wasn’t available. At least ask me what restaurant I was eating at before you tell me no. $10 later the reservation was available. Same with my room, wasn’t ready when I arrived but for $20 it was.

the rooms? genuinely stunning. clean, spacious, and exactly what you want after a long travel day. that part delivered. everything else? a little iffy.

the food was fine — like, mid in the most accurate sense of the word. not bad enough to complain, not good enough to remember. the buffet was actually the highlight of the dining situation, so lean into that if you go. the à la carte or whatever they’re passing off as “restaurants” didn’t really hit. the beach was a letdown. not sure what i was expecting but it wasn’t that. and the staff — i wanted to love them, i really did. but helpful is not the word i would use. getting basic things done felt way harder than it should at an all inclusive.
