My stay at Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, stunning ocean views, and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a getaway. The food was excellent, with a great variety of restaurants and delicious options available throughout the day. The drinks were fantastic, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. We especially loved the beachfront location, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean waters and breathtaking sunsets. The entertainment, activities, and overall ambiance created the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure guests had an amazing experience. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next visit. Fantastic staff, they made our experience so special!! Food is also incredible. At first we avoided the buffet but learned that everything in there was really good! Massages were expensive but very high quality - would highly recommend.

The place is older and had some small issues but they graciously helped us work through them.
