המיקום נהדר, רוב הצוות נחמד(יש כאלו שלא), האוכל היה טוב מאוד, המסעדה האיטלקית של המלון יוצאת מן הכלל. היו ערבי בידור ממש נחמדים ופעילויות כיפיות מאוד בבריכה

היה ריח של ביצה בגלל האצות של החוף במלון, לעיתים זה היה ממש קשה.

"Overall, it was good value for the price, especially considering it was an all-inclusive resort."

The property is near to 5th avenue. Just short walk from ADO. Food was amazing. Pool area is good. We got ocean front room which was beautiful.

What didn’t like was from pool side there was lot of sea weed accumulated. Some guests were unhappy about it. Especially if you have room infront of sea weed. Because it stinks. However north beach access has no sea weed accumulated and was good for swim.

"Excelente estancia"

La ubicación al corazon de la quinta avenida de playa del carmen. El hotel cuenta con varios restaurantes con comida muy rica. Limpieza y comodidad excelente. La área de las albercas y bebidas excelente.

La playa es algo rocoso pero la vista muy bonita.

The location is very bad. The seaweed washes in every night and bakes in the sun everyday. The smell is overwhelming. The food is truly bad. The pools close early and can only be used while the sun pounds down. The staff works hard and the room was clean and well taken care of. I wanted to like this place but could not.

"No beach poor service"

No beach access, the beach has been over run with algae and has been for a long time. No disclaimer about it very frustrated. Parking was a nightmare and the front desk was not helpful at all.
