USThis property is close to everything in banff. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. It wasn’t anything super special and was super expensive, but that’s normal for this area. It was nice that they had a hot tub.

USWe loved the location across the road from Banff Roam main stop to go to Lake Louise. the hotel it is close to everything, with great coffee shops close by. We didn't try the restaurant. It has covered parking which was great because we rented a car.
The room was comfortable but was internal with no natural light. I didn't know when booking it, that was a big downside to our stay. The hotel is old and it would benefit from upgrading considering how expensive the stay was. Breakfast was not included. No microwave in the room, only a fridge.
