Hotel Silver Spring

No refrigerator. No microwave in room. Parking on site very expensive. No vending machines on floors.

Couldn't check in using our Booking.com reservation. Had to make a new reservation because we needed to check in. Still are trying to get reimbursed . Has been a complete nightmare since.

Staff was friendly, the location was perfect. A block from Outback and a block from The Fillmore.

Very old hotel and dated. It was clean for what it was, but it could definitely use some updating.

Room was hot and the ac was broken. Even after the technician fixed it, it couldn't get to a cool enough temp. The mini fridge was also running hot, could bearly touch the outter part it was so hot. The technician could only unplug it and could not switch it with a different unit or change our room. The bathroom was tiny, cramped, outdated, poor, exactly the quality of a low class apartment and not a hotel stay for the price that was charged. We did not not stay any longer and found a new hotel at a cheaper price with 3x quality. Would never wish the experience on my worst enemy.

I had a lovely stay, the facilities do look old but well kept.

This used to be a nice hotel when affiliated with one of the big brands. It has clearly gone downhill. The grout was grimy, coffee table was broken, and there were two pill bugs dead on the carpet and bathroom floor. All TV went out during a thunderstorm because “the [satellite] dish fills with water” according to staff! The occupants of the room next door smoked pot all night long in a no-smoking hotel. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Decent room but very noisy.

Mice… hard to get comfortable with mice occupying the same space.
