Hotel Silver Spring

The staff were very professional and helpful. We needed to have the heat repaired and the safe needed to be re-programmed. The front desk staff were very helpful, the maintenance men came quickly and they fixed the problems.

The hotel is a little run down and our of date. Only one elevator was working, the sofa bed in the living room was old and uncomfortable, and the heat system was very old.

The excitement was felt when one of the guests activated the fire retardant system in his room because the entire hotel is nonsmoking!!!

I could check in same day.

I didn’t like that the sheets and pillow were dirty and had holes in them. The shower was dirty as well.

I was in town with friends for a concert at the Fillmore. The hotel was in fair condition although fairly rundown. The relaxed atmosphere was nice though as the proximity to the necessities in town.

I didn't like the smell as you get off the elevator and the smell of the rooms musty and smokey.

The theater was not working.

The breakfast was terrible, frozen pancakes they heat up, eggs was runny.

The hotel was in a great location

No ice or any other vending machine on floor we were on 10th floor bathroom door was broken wouldn't shut phone wasn't hooked up. That room could use some upgrade. Beds uncomfortable.

The toilet seat is lose which we neglected to report at the desk. We felt the parking was very pricey but was the only option.

Only Location and room cleanes are great! Some staff specially at the reception are not that much friendly! In addition, some rooms even don't have refregerator or sometimes these facilities are fullfilled based on a requres to the reception.
