Hotel Silver Spring

The hotel is located at a very convenient area.

While the hotel is in a convenient area the room was in a terrible condition and staff were less than helpful.

Location was great. Hotel was clean. Pool was closed. No working ice machines except in the restaurant. No vending machines despite signs on each floor stating vending area with ice machines. The refrigerator in the room was warmer than the room which was quite warm. Parking garage is a literal nightmare and they charge $25 per night to park there. The restaurant was not an option either.

The parking garage is scary. As in dark, crampt, filthy and the stairs are in poor maintenance. There was a weird issue with the AC in our room. Last weekend of March so I can understand that they haven't switched over to the cooling but it was 82 degrees out, and our room was well over 90. Led to the wife n myself hanging out naked which was fun but really would have liked to have control over the temperature.

Besides my car getting broken into the weekend stay was great

The hotel was quiet. Bed comfortable. 2 days of lukewarm showers, never got remotely hot. My brothers room was the same. Language was a barrier for sure at the restaurant. Ordered an omelet and got all the things that should be in the omelet but no eggs! Bar is poorly stocked. The parking garage is terrible for SUVs or large pick up trucks. Entrance is misleading, as you would normally enter into the right lane but theres a structure post so you have to back out and go into the left lane. Its low and structure posts everywhere. Its tight!

the facilities and the comfortability does not fit that of a 4 star hotel. this is a 2 star hotel and should work on upgrading its facilities. they should also not lie about their rating knowing the services they provide. it is really not worth the price

Very comfortable bed. I really enjoyed my stay. Plenty of dining options
