Hotel Silver Spring

There was no way to cool down the room. No air conditioner. The parking wasn't included as advertised.

Carpets and couch were very dirty with stains and smelled. Only got 2 bath towels.

My AC went bad and couldn’t get another room till next morning

We come to Silver spring often and this was the first time we stayed here. Clean rooms...awesome water pressure and pleasant staff at reasonable price

Outstanding location in downtown Silver Spring close to many dining and shopping destinations right outside the door. Close to the DC metro. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Staff is very nice and helpful.

In my first room, a rodent, either a big mouse or small rat ran across my room and behind the dresser. Also, safe didn’t work but there was a mini fridge. Front desk let me change rooms no problem. Second room had a working safe but no mini fridge which was a bummer as I had some food and with the rodent issue, had to leave in my car. Shower lacked hot water at one time. The worst part though was the door to the adjoining room. There is no sound insulation in this scenario and you’re forced to listen to EVERYTHING going on in the next room and the neighbors of course hear you too. It’s terrible and I must remember to ask first and insist on a fully private room. This hotel seems like a good value but is down at the heels and may not be worth the cost savings.

Love the location being in the heart of downtown Silver Spring with tons of convenient shopping and restaurants close by. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly
