It was all good

Excellent facility fir the most part. Excellent service to be sure. My only criticism would be the fact that the wheelchair/handicap automatic doors did not work. BUMMER

Nice Property, but there is no elevator in the parking garage. The hotel is not user-friendly if someone needs special accommodations in the parking garage.

I like the location and cleanliness.

I dislike the parking system. Guests should be able to sleep well without worrying about car being towed in case time runs out while asleep. Validation parking should be provided for guests. Also, there is no microwave in the room.

Hotel is a bit aging and dated but clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the heat in my room that was quickly taken care of. Garage is problematic. Entrance signage is not clear and with narrow lanes and concrete posts. I had to back up out to the street to enter the correct lane to the garage with my midsize truck. Parking spaces are also very tight for a full size vehicle. If you drive a full size pickup--forget it and park elsewhere.

Had to change rooms due to the fact the first one had a bad odor the second room heat did not work. I asked was breakfast included front desk staff replied not for the price of my room. There are no microwave in the room. Overall I was not satisfied
