Pleasant view from the balcony and rooftop. Well-furnished apartment.

The cleanliness of the apartment could certainly be improved. There was dirt we could visibly see, eg: yellow stains on the carpet, and others which aren't as visible, eg: bathroom sink and shower. Additionally, some of the kitchenware we used also wasn't the cleanest. The apartment has a lot of potential provided it can be cleaned thoroughly for each guest.

The rooms were spacious and the aircon was a delight. And it felt nice and private compared to the rest of the apartments in the building.

The location -the train was a bit too loud.
