The cleanliness. Staff customer service. Smell in the hotel hallway.

Friendly, clean, comfortable , breakfast was wonderful

Never had coffee available throughout the day/evening

The distance to get good food and be able to be close to our family.

The fact that when we arrived. Checking in a roach was crawling up the wall after we received our cards for our room. Once in the room there was only a set of towels for 2 people when we were a party of 3. A fixture that conceals the pipes for the shower fell out the wall after one of my party went to use the washroom. The fact that it was last minute and we were there for a Memorial. Was just not what we expected

It was dirty and the bathroom shower rod was falling off the wall making it almost impossible to shower there was pubic hair in the bathtub from the previous person

The location was perfect.

Staff is very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is a mess. The rooms are incredibly run down and, even if they've been cleaned, they look dirty. Kitchen amenities are not in the rooms...they have to be requested from the front desk. Same thing with soap and shampoo for the bathroom. "Breakfast" is some cereal bars and packaged oatmeal served on an open credenza in the lobby. Our TV was broken so we had to report that. Front desk staff came to our room to take a picture of the broken tv as proof. She was very apologetic and it was replaced the next day. As I said, staff is great, hotel is not worth the money at all.
