The alarm went off in the middle of the nite for half an hour at 12:30. Midnight. They could not get mine off for a little while later the manager came and said she has to do something else to it. Then it went off. I was to be compensated money back. Which I never did. They sent me an email shoe their end but my bank says that transaction never happened. I will never stay at another of their hotels.

Unfortunately, property had a fire sprinkler accident. Property is in disarray, and laundry facilities closed. I think we should get a partial refund.

There was a flood in the hotel. There were fans all over, part of the ceiling was removed. They didn’t have any rooms left that I reserved (2 double beds) so I got a roll away cot. The springs were digging in my back, the room smelled. I think I should have been notified of the conditions I was walking into.

They did not do anything that the representative from Expedia stated they would do. He stated we would not have to pay additional The staff at the hotel stated we would.. then we had to relocate to another hotel because the hotel had a flood on the third floor
