Expedia booked me in a room they did not have, and the room was lesser. Emily took care of it. The floor was very sticky, and the toilet stopped up. They brought up a plunger, but did nothing. I had to plunge myself. Emily was amazing. Thank you so much for your help. I hope the next time I stay, it is better. Nice location.

"Not clean at all and no one helped with getting new sheets"

Location

The room was incredibly dirty. The bedding had mud on it and under the bed was someone’s boxers. Pee all over the toilet bowl. I informed a front desk and the call got disconnected
