Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown by IHG

This hotel experience has been one of my best. I went in March 2026 for the NSBE Annual Convention. All the front desk staff were so kind and helpful, always going above and beyond for any needs. Whether it was printing out copies of a resume, helping find a bottle opener, or always being a kind, welcoming face.

This was my 1st time at Hotel Indigo. I was in town helping my father who was having an extensive surgery at the VA hospital. The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. He was able to get me an early check in which I was so grateful for as I had been on yhe road since 4am. He explained the hours of the resturants and what was available as well. He was very busy as there was a convention in town but took his time and didnt overlook details. I really appreciated that. The gentleman at the Valet stand was also so pleasant and helpful. He explained in detail how the valet service worked with the fee and it honestly worked out better than me using Uber for cost effectiveness. The room was really modern, clean, well stocked and had a good view. I would definitely recommend staying here

Stay far away from this dump! The noise is ridiculous, the rooms are atrocious, the staff is rude! The price is not worth the stay! You can go down the street and receive much more for less!!!!!!! This is the worst experience! They have nothing there for the family to do!

We have been traveling to Baltimore for years. We are Johns Hopkins patients and as soon as we walk through the door, the warm and inviting atmosphere brings a smile. In the morning, Taiwan,at the front desk, is a warm friendly start to our day. In the restaurant, Alicia and Veronica follow through with the same demeanor for breakfast. We highly recommend a visit to this wonderful hotel. The beds are comfy, the rooms are great and the entire staff is there to make your visit pleasurable. You won’t be disappointed!!

Very clean and well-located, nice size room.

Front desk arrival was great. Friendly and helpful. However, arrive very late and the A/C in the room made a loud grinding noise about every 90 minutes waking me up throughout the night. Only a 1 night stay checked out first thing in the AM. When I reported this to the desk clerk, she was very dismissive and annoyed I had not called it in and immediately took a phone call cutting me off. I was just trying to help the next guest. Except for the very poor customer service in the AM, all other staff interactions were good and the hotel has been well maintained.
