Front desk attendant was very pleasant has a beautiful smile

I can't think of anything negative. No complaints here

The staff was very friendly Willing help with whatever needed.

Two cockroaches were found in there when we got to the property and got upstairs to our hotel room. It was not clean. The beds were not made. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The kitchen was still a mess with bottle of beer bottles, everywhere, and canned bottles of beer everywhere the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned.

Price of the rooms

The filthiness of the rooms having to sit in a room that was dirty, not from us, but the previous people. and when the house we were cleaning the mess, she didn’t bother to wash the floors or the cabinets or the bathtubs or the toilets that would be crossover in contamination. we had the room for three days and on the third day they deactivated the key because they didn’t look into the computers to see that we still had another day to stay. And they didn’t reactivate the keys.

The single employee was very nice.

I had to wait 15 minutes to even check in because there was only one employee in the entire place. I felt so bad for her. On top of it when I got to my room somebody actually opened my locked door while I was in the bathroom. Then around 15 minutes later when I was showering someone was banging on my door. We ended up booking at a different hotel and not staying at this place at all because it didn’t feel safe one bit. My friend in another room had throw up and mold all over the place.

the noisy guest above me, and when I requested a diffent rm they put me next to the noisy people but it was much quiter
