Friendly staff, not too crazy about grab and go breakfast, hot break is preferred. Rooms are showing its age. one of our party had to switch rooms because of water was dripping from ceiling, our room's shower curtain needs fixing, but the overall friendly staff made it a bit better.

I like the fact that it was first floor I like the fact enemies private I like the fact that there was no drama really and the crazy thing is everybody around me was wonderful except for staff they bugged me 24/7 they charged me $25 a day for a dog they charge me late fees for a room that was only 30 minutes late for checking out and yet I still have another room here so just hear the big deal was they overcharged me on a lot of things and yet here I am still standing here

I had multiple rooms I don't understand why I was charged late fees for them only being on the room 30 to 45 minutes late considering I just stayed for 5 days and pay them every penny for 5 days but yet the very last day I'm about 45 minutes late to check him out and all the sudden they want to charge me $75 and then they want to charge me $25 a day for a dog when your guys's website play me and obviously it says pet friendly it doesn't give you an option to choose a pet otherwise I would have so I just assume that is pet friendly and it didn't have to worry about doing that but yet I was told differently when the guy that was working during the day said oh no no no how many days has it been in there so I told him I was honest with him so he charged me $25 a day for both dogs that is 50 dollars a day that is $100 every two days and then $75 in late fees for checking out 45 minutes late you've got to be kidding me my name is Jerry vaughan phone number 3165503194 and I still chose to stay at the hotel because of the area because of the 10 minutes because of the quietness but I feel like that I was taking advantage of and I didn't feel very important to the company considering I'm just paid for 5 days the last week stayed every day the dogs are there and never once was I told him anything about it and they seen him going in and outside multiple different times to take them for the restroom and then because I'm 45 minutes late to check out in the room they want to charge me $75 a link please and $100 between the two dogs that is insane and crazy and then if I did not pay it he was not going to let me check into my other room to that I've been in the last two days that was exact words that unless you take care of this you're not shipping into every room that is crazy all the money that I have spent and this is how I got treated

Our room had water leak coming out of ceiling between our beds. Wet and dirty. Also banging noise from people working upstairs.

Paid WAY too much for this place! Minimal breakfast, NO coffee and terrible beds. Our air conditioner leaked all over the floor. And the room smelled like dog piss. The hallway and elevator smelled of marijuana.

We had roaches in our room. The towels were dirty. Definitely do not recommend.
