Extended Stay America Suites - Wichita - East

The bed was comfortable. The couch and chair were fairly comfortable. The eating bar in the kitchen was a nice place to sit and eat at. I liked the lay-out of the room. The air conditioning was wonderful.

No coffee available. The floors in the room were filthy. No microwave in the kitchen. The TV remote wouldn't turn the TV on or off. No toilet paper. The freezer door on the refrigerator was very hard to open and there was no ice trays. The parking lot needed cleaned of all the oil and Debree around the place.

Definitely an older facility. We booked a 2 queen room, but they didn't have one when we arrived. Instead we got a 1 queen with a pull out couch and no discount.

I was very disappointed by the fact that there were no dishes, pots and pans or small appliances in this extended-stay facility. They required you to go back to the front desk and tell them what you wanted and then they would deliver those items. I thought this was ridiculous

The tub was dirty, window was filthy, hallway smelled like terrible towel in the room were dingy, some had hair in them, the Continental breakfast was a joke, the advertisement was misleading, nothing what I was expecting. Will not stay there.

Staff was nice. The property was not in the proximity it said it was. The room was not clean and the sheets were not changed from previous stay hair everywhere stained linen and dingy wash clothes. I had to change my own bed linen was told house keeping had already left at 3pm when i checked in. The hallway and room had a bad smell as well. AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

Friendly staff. Room was a good size. The bathroom was big as well.

Noisy people. I could hear doors and private conversations in rooms.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and tea/coffee bar was nice at breakfast. Previous guest items left under bed
