Me gustó el trato de las personas. Muy amables

El olor del cuarto y de las instalaciones. Olia a cigarro a pesar de estar prohibido fumar. El olor en mi cuarto era demasiado fuerte y también en el ascensor. No había un desayuno óptimo, solo era avena, muffins, una máquina de café. Tampoco hacen servicio a las habitaciones. No tienden las camas o limpian los baños. Estuve con la misma toalla todo el tiempo de mi alojamiento porque nunca entraron a limpiar o cambiar.

It was bigger than I expected

How big the peep hole is and the gap between the floor and the door, and the bathroom door was broken. Had to go to front desk to get a remote for the old ssa TV that wasnt a smart tv

I liked that it was spacious and came with a fridge, stove, microwave, dish washer, and you could get other appliances on request.

We came in Friday and everything was okay. We noticed our shower was kind of leaking, but didn’t think anything of it. Saturday morning we woke up to take a shower and it wouldn’t completely shut off. We reported it to the front desk as we were leaving at 7am. We got back about 9pm and went to go shower and noticed someone went up there and tightened it to the point we could no longer use the shower because the handle had been tightened. The water is pouring out, but the handle wouldn’t budge. We called the front desk and waited around for someone to come up until a little after 11pm and then just went to sleep and said we could deal with it in the morning. Every night the person above us was performing a WWE smackdown episode because they were running around, stomping, and sounded like they were body slamming each other. Also, the breakfast sucked.. oatmeal, muffins, and granola bars is all that there was.. If I could’ve gotten a refund, I would’ve but I paid in advance and there was “no refunds” so we sucked it up and dealt with it.. but I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again.

We were there only about 8 hours but was great in that 8 hours.

The hotel rm was very clean front desk staff was very nice

There is a small kitchen and the room is in good condition for the price: Will definitely stay again.

The plumbing was stopped up. Everything was old. There was cockroaches. I was supposed to get my money back, but y’all say I didn’t write enough evidence.
