excelente servicio de restaurante, buen sabor, el servicio de masajes espectacular y las instalaciones como la piscina son muy lindas, las habitaciones impecables.

un poco desatendido la atención del personal y el único inconveniente es que no permiten el pago con tarjeta ni dólares

Bon hôtel pour visiter Palenque. La piscine est agréable, bien qu'elle ne soit pas nettoyée quotidiennement. Le restaurant est bon. Les chambres et la literie sont confortables. Je pense que c'est un bon rapport qualité / prix pour Palenque. Le staff ne parle pas bien anglais par contre.

Staff qui ne parle pas bien anglais, serviettes pour la piscine qui manquent souvent ...
