grote accommodatie met goed restaurant en heerlijk zwembad met leuke glijbaan. ligging aan de doorgaande weg net buiten het centrum van Palenque. Je hoort wel wat verkeersgeluiden, maar niet heel storend. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de ruïnes en de verschillende watervallen.

"No respetan los precios de booking"

Céntrico, la alberca muy bonita y su tobogán entretiene mucho a los niños

Este hotel no respeta las tarifas que maneja Booking, tienes que pagar en el alojamiento y al llegar ahí te dicen que los niños a partir de cierta edad pagan su estancia (11 años) en dos ocasiones me han argumentado lo mismo que los niños cuentan como una persona extra en la habitación. Deberían respetar los precios que maneja la plataforma puesto que la reservación se realiza mediante esta, y al momento de reservar se colocan las edades de los niños. La habitación te la dan hasta las 3 de la tarde y no dejan introducir ningún tipo de alimentos a las instalaciones. El hotel no parecía estar lleno y al momento de solicitar toallas para la alberca nos dijeron que no habían suficientes.
