Majority of the restaurants were closeby and there is bus stop at walking distance from the apartment

There was a strong smell of cigarettes and it did not go away even after the windows were left open for the whole day

I was charged twice for my stay, contacted the property to be told I’m not the only person who is having this issue and they’re investigating. I gave it a few days contacted them again, no response. I’ll be claiming my money back from the bank. The room itself was ok for one night stay however as it’s close to other blocks of flats it was very loud at nighttime

The room is clean and tidy ,good location.

The location was good. Entering the building and the room was easy and practical.

We stayed in room 6. The wifi was almost inexistant. We found 2 cockroaches during our 2 night stay, and it wasn't even summer, we only opened the windows to clean the air for some moments but since there was a lot of noise from the internal part of the building we left it mostly closed and also because of seeing the first cockroach when we arrived the first time. There is no natural light at all, neither good natural air. One of the towels had a black "mascara like" dirt. The apartment overall is a bit dated and not taken care of the details that can make the difference of the stay.

Location was perfect: between trains and Promenade. Room is huge, nice bathroom.

No coffee.

Good location, nice room and bathroom comfortable bed and cute balcony! Ilaria was very nice and helped us with everything:)
