"On my list to call again"

They are in a timely renovation but I stayed on the way to my destination and also on my return trip. It is clean, basic, quiet, and just off the Interstate, so conveniently located. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Ohio when their renovation is finished.

As a senior citizen, I cannot tell you my astonishment when I was told there were no first floor rooms and no elevator causing us to carry our bags up 16 steps to get to the second floor room. Having been on a 13 day road trip our bags were very heavy and it was a hard challenge to complete the task, especially when the desk clerk made NO attempt to apologize or assist us. Very un-customer service friendly. He simply didn't care that we struggled. The facility is under remodeling construction and it was pretty pitiful in that mattresses and such were everywhere, I.e., the sitting area, the meeting room, and other places. The carpeting on the second floor was spotted and soiled. The Sunday "so called" breakfast was biscuits and sausage gravy...no eggs..no sausage patty or link...I had juice and left the area. 'It was not a pleasant stay. The room was clean and bed comfortable, but moving the luggage up and then down took away the postiveness of the stay.

Value for your money. Room was clean. Several breakfast choices. Easy location.

Staff was adequate, however could easily improve on customer service skills to make guest feel more welcome so they will want to come back. Hotel is under renovation. Therefore stair and hallway carpet very stained. Hopefully the renovation will make this hotel more appealing.

I felt safe, nice town. Checking in man was not friendly. The carpet is in horrible condition. Looked like poop in the hallway. Carpet I'm the room was not bad. Biscuits and gravy was good!!!

Breakfast buffet was very good. Plenty of options. Room had a bad odor. Sink had slow drain. Bathroom floor needed a good scrub.
