Over all -dirty. Not enough towels, tiny bar of soap, one roll toilet paper. Toilet seat not tightened down. Stains everywhere. Terrible parking lot. Trash everywhere. Luke warm shower. Sticky floor. Only thing that was good was the breakfast. No help from front desk. Only answe I received was. I don’t know

I think the owner must make the staff spend the day filling out 3-4 star reviews to get this place above a 1. parking lot destroyed by potholes, key didn't work, stinks like mold, cigarette holes in sheets, carpet ripped and missing in areas,

I heard banging on the neighboring door and a woman screaming which was scaring. I felt so unsafe. Please don’t tell the owner my name keep it anonymous. I reported the issue to the front desk in morning as I was scared to go out at the time when the incident happened at 2:32 am-3 ish am.

Breakfast was pathetic a few biscuits with lukewarm gravy out of oj at 830 no eggs or waffles. Room was clean but smelled like smoke and mildew.. No microwave in room . Bed comfortable enough . Would be ok for just a night but i stayed 3.

My room wasn't ready, but I was given an upgraded room. Amenities were sufficient. Though the "heat lamps" were just red lights, the wiring set up would not have held the load of 4 warming bulbs. The sheets were clean, and comfortable, the mattress was very firm [like 8-9], and seemed like it was new. The room I was given was in an area still under construction, however it was barely noticeable construction was taking place. It was apparent the room had not been used in a couple of weeks probably, in ways that were apparent only if you know what to look for. I didn't spend much time there, except to sleep. I was disappointed the waffle maker was broken, but the breakfast was fresh, and coffee was plentiful, and that was refreshing. By far not the worst place I've ever seen.

I'm such a cheap hotel girl, but this sucked. I specifically booked a room with a king bed for the tub, and I was told upon check-in that they were all out of king rooms even though there were maybe a total of 10 cars in the parking lot, but whatever. I'll survive. Or so I thought until I had to pass through a set of double doors with "Do not enter. This area is under construction," signs on my way to the room. Can't say I loved that. Can't say I saw any construction either. Or anything that looked like it had been constructed in the last decade. But the room was really the issue. There were hairs all over the room. Im not talking short, little, easy-to-miss beard hairs either. I'm talking long, dark hairs in the sink, on the bed, and all on the floor. My feet were black from walking on the floor. The duvet I assume was originally white was a deep, nasty yellow color I didn't see until the morning, and I about gagged when I realized I slept on it. The bathroom door had to be slammed to close it only to reveal black handprints and pure nastiness on the back of the door. The FRIDGE had suspicious white stains on it. I was by myself in an almost empty hotel in a not-so-great neighborhood, so I really didn't feel comfortable complaining or saying anything at all, so, in their defense, I didn't give them the opportunity to fix any of this. However, I also think the room was bad enough that they didn't really deserve a chance to fix it. Because I have low standards. THAT was nasty.

They appear to be updating some things. But a good cleaning is needed - it would make the stay a bit more comfortable.

Service was good , bed/bedding was good , room was clean . Part of door was broken , key-card was at times extremely a problem . Breakfast was good , price thru Expedia was good . Would stay again .

Clean quiet room

We went for the Big Ten Championship game and this place was only a 15 minute drive to all the festivities for a fraction of the cost. It is simple and no frills but safe and clean.
