Quality Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northwest

It was nice for a stay but my room had ants on the n8ght table and in the bathroom. take care of your ant problem and wouldn't be so bad.

Furniture was stained and rusty. No schedule was posted in Dinning area or the room for meal times.

Internet wifi signal was terrible and inconsistent. The front desk staff kept saying it works fine at the front desk but that’s not where I needed it, my need was to be able to use it in the room. The staff was

This was hotel was decrepit and disgusting. Avoid at all costs

The room was not cleaned well, parking lot has a lot of potholes. I would not come back and stay at this hotel again

The bathroom sink drain everything was very old and dirty. The floors in the hall were not completed at the doorway into the room. There were literally hoes in the floor. The parking lot had giant holes. We travel a lot, and that was the worst ever ever ever. Terrible wash, rags and towels no Kleenex and the Kleenex dispenser. Of course the Kleenex dispenser looked like it was 40 years old no cups for water or coffee. The windows were filthy They ran out of food before breakfast time was over there was still 30 minutes left for breakfast time and they didn’t care if they just laughed it off and you know like oh well The choice chain should inspect these places they’re giving choice a bad name

20 minutes before someone was at front desk to check in. No machines in gym worked

Nice and clean

Property not in good condition, particularly the room and outside property. A few people were hanging around the front door gaping when I checked in. I was nervous about staying there.
