Quality Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northwest

This hotel has a cheap nightly rate and it matches the price. There are weeds with overgrown grass everywhere outside. Inside is old, worn out, and grimy. It's ñot dirty on the inside but not friendly either. This place will not be on our return list.

Sheets stained, no elevator, hotel itself not air conditioned, whole place run down, staff doesn't seem to see whats wrong and wants to get you out of their hair ASAP. Worst place ever.

It was a nice room to stay in I had a little mix up on the room but they fixed it. I will say bring some pillows with you if you want extra pillows

1.Bath towels are not for adult size. 2.AC was not even cooling and making noise. 3.Shower water speed was intentionally kept low. I under stand water consumption but it should be enough to take good morning shower. 4. Good breakfast 5. Carpet throught the property seems like very old (never changed)

Very good price. Breakfast was decent. The place is a bit run-down. Could use some maintenance.

This stay was very disappointing. We booked a room with a king size bed for the "discounted rate" of $149. When we arrived they told us they were giving us a room with 2 queens which was an upgrade. We didn't want that they said that was all they had. We checked online and the rate foe that room is $90. BTW the beds were not queen but full. I asked for a price adjustment and they say no it was an upgrade. Everything was very old and overall not a good experience.

Staff helped me move my belongings to room. I’m handicapped.

Slamming doors was a common sound because the doors were hard to close. The door scanner took numerous scans to open.

Understaffed. Unclean. Toilet & A/C problems.
