One essential thing for any motel to provide, even a cheap one like this, is hot water for the shower. Especially when the outside temp is low 40s and the water is cold. But no; couldn't coax it above uncomfortably chilly.

breakfast was good, rooms not so much.

Drapes askew and asked to fix as we were on ground floor with cars parked along windows. Asked front desk to have someone fix. Was told her collegue would be along soon. No one came. Building was old, but attempts at cleanliness were evident. Need to update linen or find different washing system as all was rough. Parking lot is also a hazard with all the pot holes.

This hotel is tired and needs updating starting with the key that may or may not eork after several attempts. Don't bother asking for anymore than the two small towels you get. Stains on carpet and smelly rooms.

The staff was friendly and business like but the paint above the shower was peeling and hanging down. The bathroom had gelatinous blobs of god-knows-what on the walls. The carpeting in the room appeared to be from the 50's and was worn out and damaged The door was badly in need of cleaning..

Pulling up the place looked terribly dirty with a thousand cigarette butts, food containers, plastic bottles, pot holes, broken glass. If we weren't driving for 7hrs & was getting late we would have looked else where but we checked in, when we got to our room the room was clean but we uncovered the bed to find what looked to be a big sex stain in the middle of the sheet plus was worn out with a hole in it. We had them let us check into another room which was also clean & sheets were better but my wife was mortified by the first room that we went to a close by Walmart & had to buy our own sheets to use. I'm sorry but from what I have seen through the years from other facility's when the Indians take over the facilty's become run down & disgusting. Also windows were so dirty ,don't look like they ever cleaned them. Vent in bathroom did not work & hair dryer button did not stay on, you had to hold it in to use.

This is an old property that is not in good shape. The front desk staff at check in was very nice, and the room was big. The hotel was just dingy. Our room had marks on the walls, a rusty desk chair, cigarette burns in the sheets and a funky smell. There was no soap in our room and just one little packet of shampoo/conditioner. The hair dryer didn’t work.

We stayed in town to go see a show there was a lot of trash outside the building and all around the property
