Let's start off with I reserved a room online got confirmation that it was booked, office is in the diner rude service from the employees except one, when another one of my employees canceled his room they turned around and canceled both of the rooms and all they can say is talk to her manager didnt apologize

DONT RESERVE this place from Hotels.com because they wont honor it even with your confirmation number. My gf and I were passing through from a long road trip and decided to reserve a room through Hotels.com since it was already 11:30pm and we were both tired. I got my confirmation and went to check in but the old lady working the register was RUDE and said she wasnt going to check us in. Didnt care that we had already paid through hotels.com and said we should have called her 1st. When I asked if I would be recieving a refund, she said it wasnt her problem. We left to stay in Roswell about an hour in a half away and Hotel.com did refund me my money. BE ADVISED! If you stay here, read the VERY SMALL note at the window by register that says they DO NOTclean the rooms if the person before only stayed 1-2 nights unless you request it to be clean. So during a pandemic they dont clean or sanitize your room.

The hotel is pretty much the only place to stay, other than a few Mom & Pop old establishments. It is a very basic hotel, but very decent. Clean, Comfortable bed and we felt safe. So for us it was fine. There is literally nothing to do in this town, Didn't bother us as we were just on an overnight stopover on our way to Santa Fe. All in all, just fine.!

Great 24 hour diner attached to the property. Friendly staff and nice spacious room.

Didn't know what to expect. Front desk is in the 24 hour diner, so there's no sign of what the motel looks like inside. You know, is it clean, in disrepair, that sort of thing. It's setup to help truckers out, but anybody's welcome. They have an exercize room, and I think a hot tub. My room was clean and well maintained.

The hotel seemed to be focused on housing railroad crews from the nearby rail lines. Check in was in a different building than the hotel. No staff at all in the actual hotel building. Most rooms were on the interior hallway. Our room was an exterior room. We had to hunt to find the rooms with other confused guests. Room was worn, but workable. Not certain I would recommend.

They did not have our reservation made through Expedia, and they were closed due to a community water outage. We were not notified of this until we arrived and had to find lodging on our own 100 miles further down the road.

We were assigned to a room that was in the back of the hotel. There was no light on our way to our room. The room was faced the wild... There were leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest.
