Customer service was unfriendly unwilling to listen it took 1 hour and half to check in. They continuesly tried to charge us twice for 278.00 for a room we paid for.

The hotel is very old and dilapidated. The window was filthy, the blackout curtain was filthy, the screen was bent out 10 inches and ready to fall to the ground. The air conditioner put out a musty, moldy smell. This place needs a complete detailing

The tattoo’d girl in the morning at check out was downright rude to my 80 yr old Dad on his birthday.

Security lock on the front door was disabled. The security lock on the back of the hotel building was removed completely. The door closer mechanism are either damaged or need adjustment, as EVERY door slams loudly if you let it. You have to gently close the door to prevent waking everyone up. The ice machine at the rear of the hotel is missing. The only one that is operable at the front of the hotel is pouring water all over the floor constantly. The people working at the hotel and Penny's Diner are wonderful, but they are overworked and overwhelmed. I can see that you are going to have constant problems with employee turnover. You NEED TO GET A GOOD MANAGER IN PLACE TO GET THIS PLACE RUNNING PROPERLY.

The worst hotel ever. When the description said sheets are provided, them mean sheets; no blanket, no bedspread. We had a dog and were put in a room behind the hotel which is never used. It was dark, there weren’t any lights and it took us three times just to find the road. We drove back on the washed out, bumpy road and the back of the hotel which only has 3 rooms had tumbleweeds growing right next to the building and our door. The check-in is at the diner, and you can’t actually eat food there. You can order takeout, but nothing else. We had so wander around the hotel until we found the laundry room to ask for a blanket. I would have felt very unsafe staying here alone to let my fog out.

Inconvenient...check in was next door and took forever. Not as clean as could be. Double booked our room. Another couple came in. Had there been a better option we would have moved. Bed was small. No luggage rack.

The hotel was bought by a business they use it as a call center and dorms for their crews. The bed is the worst I ever have slept in the room was half cleaned. Only stay if you a desperate to get some sleep.

Check in took 30 minutes. Room hidden behind back of hotel with door open to dirt parking space. Top door lock broken off. Duct tape on door frame in bathroom. Carpet torn. No other option in area or would have changed hotels

This is a place that services railroad employees are served. It is not set up for travelers. The rooms are not well maintained No breakfast available, not even coffee. Carpets not vacuumed. Just not a pleasant stay
