"Overbooked"

We reserved a room on the Wyndham website and received a confirmation email. So far so good, until we arrived and were told no rooms are available; all had been taken by contract with the railroad. The reception agent said the hotel had tried and tried to get the Wyndham people to block out the contracted rooms, with no success.

"Priceline reservation not honored by hotel."

In spite of having a confirmed reservation to this hotel that was made through Priceline, on arrival there were no available rooms. Then when Priceline help line tried to call, the hotel did not answer. The hotel did not try to contact Priceline to help cancel the reservation.

"Comfortable "

It was a pleasant stay. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner as well as the bathroom sink.. beds were clean and comfortable. Check-in was horrible but took a bit long, due to staffing issues probably. But it was a comfortable stay

We reached the Travelodge at 9pm at night and were told the room was not ready and had to be cleaned. We finally got room at 10pm. Checkin time is 3pm and having room unavailable is very unprofessional.

"This place is a dorm for Railroad crews"

we were told that they "didn't know how we got the reservation". They didn't have our room. They gave us a single queen instead of the double queen we reserved. "someone was supposed to call and cancel our reservation" After our 12 hour drive to get to Vaughn we were eager to get some sleep and we were a little panicked about where we were going to sleep. There are not many choices near vaughn and on out travel route. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE TO RESERVE ONLINE / VIA 3RD PARYTY.
